ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member for my mother, who is also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for customer service, community involvement, and what it takes to build a successful agency.
I’m a graduate of University of Hawaiʻi and have spent my life in the same community I now serve. Being a local resident with deep roots in the area allows me to stay connected to the people and organizations that make our community special. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We participate in and support a variety of local events throughout the year and believe strongly in giving back to the community that supports us.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $18.00 per hour
