I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member for my mother, who is also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for customer service, community involvement, and what it takes to build a successful agency.

I’m a graduate of University of Hawaiʻi and have spent my life in the same community I now serve. Being a local resident with deep roots in the area allows me to stay connected to the people and organizations that make our community special. Community involvement is a major part of our agency culture. We participate in and support a variety of local events throughout the year and believe strongly in giving back to the community that supports us.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Kim - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
